GINGER CREAM COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. molasses
2 eggs
3 c. flour

Mix all the ingredients in order given. Chill dough. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. These are soft cookies. Frost with favorite powdered sugar frosting when cool. Makes 4 dozen.
