HOMEMADE YEAST ROLLS | |
5 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. oil 1 3/4 c. warm water 1 pkg. yeast 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 c. scalded milk Dissolve yeast in water. Sift flour and sugar; add the rest of the ingredients. Knead, let rise for 1 hour. Knead on floured surface again and pinch into rolls. Place in pan and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Brush tops with melted butter. |
