CRUNCHY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 can French fried onions, crushed
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, fresh
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in mixture of egg and milk. Roll in dry mixture. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Pour butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
