SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins (opt.)
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream

Combine brown sugar, walnuts, raisins and cinnamon; set aside. Mix together sifted flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir flour mix into butter mix alternately with sour cream. Stir each time until smooth. Pour 1/3 (thin layer) into 10" tube pan (greased). Sprinkle with 1/3 nut mixture. Keep going until 3 layers. Nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
