AUNT HELEN'S SOUR CREAM COFFEE
CAKE
 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Fold in sour cream. Add dry ingredients. Spoon half of batter into tube pan. Cover with half of topping. Spoon rest of batter on top. Put the other half of topping on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan until cold.
