KATHLEEN'S SOUR CREAM COFFEE
CAKE
 
1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

CRUST MIXTURE:

1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. seedless raisins (whole or chopped)

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix the dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture, beat until smooth. Pour half the batter into a GREASED pan (tube pan preferred) and sprinkle with the crumb mixture. Pour the remaining batter over the crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Serves 16.
