FRUIT GOODIES 
3 ripe bananas
1 c. chopped dates
1/4 c. oil
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, pecans or peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cut 2 bananas into small chunks. Mash the third banana. Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
