1 1/2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Chopped nuts & apple slices for garnish
1 c. peaches
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. halved green grapes

Combine apples and peaches. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add grapes, celery, marshmallows and nuts. Beat cream cheese and mayo together until smooth. Add sugar. Fold in whipped cream. Add to apple mixture. Turn into 9"x5" loaf pan or 6 cup mold. Freeze until firm. Several hours or overnight. Let stand at room temperature for a few minutes. Turn out onto serving plate. Garnish. Serves 8.
