HAVA-WINNING-AVOCADO SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
4 c. crisp bean sprouts
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 soft California avocados, halved & peeled
Ripe & green olives (for garnish)
1 tomato, cut in wedges
Lettuce (opt.)

Combine all ingredients except avocados, olives, tomatoes and lettuce in large bowl. On plate (lettuce lined if desired), fill each avocado half cavity with chicken salad and garnish with olives and tomato wedges. 6 servings.
