1 med. head of iceberg lettuce, torn
1 sm. cucumber, sliced thin
1 avocado, sliced
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
2 kiwi, peeled & sliced thin
2 tbsp. green onions
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine lettuce and fruits and vegetables. Combine orange juice and dressing ingredients in screw top jar and shake well. Pour over salad before serving and toss.
