1 head lettuce, broken up
1 sm. cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
2 tbsp. sliced green onions

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together dressing ingredients. Add to salad and toss.
