FRUIT AND CREAM LAYERED SALAD 
CREAM TOPPING:

3 oz. cream cheese, soft
6 oz. strawberry yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. Cool Whip
1/4 tsp. almond

FRUIT:

2 c. strawberries
2 c. blueberries
2 c. grapes
2 or 3 peaches
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

In small bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add Cool Whip and almonds. Blend until smooth.

In large glass serving bowl, layer some of each fruit. Spoon a layer of cream topping. Repeat to make 3 layers. Sprinkle almonds on top. (Have the fruit as dry as possible. Drained canned fruit may be used.)
