CREAM CHEESE FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. hot water
6 or 8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. finely cut pecans
1 c. lemon-lime carbonated beverage
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. sugar

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Beat in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill until set. Try other gelatin flavors and other types of canned fruit.
