APRICOT SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. mashed apricots
10 marshmallows

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple & apricot juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream, whipped
Grated cheese

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add next 3 ingredients. Let set until firm.

TOPPING: Mix ingredients and stir until thick and smooth. When cool, add the cream. Spread on Jello and top with cheese. Makes a large salad.
