EASY CHEESE POTATOES 
1 bag frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans of cream of potato soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. onion; optional

Mix all ingredients together well. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Recipe can be made a day ahead, refrigerated and baked when ready to use.
