SAUCY MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1/3 c. chopped onion and green pepper, cut fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix meat, crumbs, egg and salt and make into 50 meatballs. Bake in shallow pan or broil until browned. Spoon off fat. For sauce: saute onion and green pepper and butter in saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. The longer they set in the sauce, the better. Can substitute 2 pounds roasted sausage; cut in 1/4 inch pieces.
