PORK CACCIATORE 
1 1/2 c. leftover pork, cubed (pork steaks, chops or roast)
4 oz. can mushroom
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes

Brown lightly, cubed pork. Add mushrooms, simmer 10 minutes. Add tomatoes. Simmer 20 minutes. Season to taste. Serve over rice.
