CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
1 frying chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
Salt
Pepper

Mix the rice and 1/2 of the package of onion soup mix in the bottom of a roaster. Place the pieces of chicken over the rice. Mix the can of cream of chicken soup and milk and pour over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and the rest of the dry soup mix. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
