RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk (4 c.)
1 can Carnation milk (13 oz.)
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg, beaten lightly
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar

Bring to a full boil, remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
