SEAFOOD - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 grated onions
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 can water chestnuts
1 can crab meat
1 can shrimp, drained
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook rice as directed. Stir in all ingredients. Put in 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
