TUNA BOAT 
4-6 lg. potatoes, baked
3 cans tuna fish, drained
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper

Cut potatoes in halves. Remove potatoes from shell. Prepare potatoes as if you are making mashed potatoes. Add tuna and cheddar cheese. Pour prepared potatoes into shell, sprinkle cheddar cheese over it and bake again until cheese melts at 375 degrees, about 10 to 15 minutes.
