GINNY BURGERS 
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 stalk celery
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. mustard
1 med. bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 ketchup bottle water

Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper and celery. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
