KICKOFF BURGERS | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 can vegetable soup (vegetarian vegetable is preferred) 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. sour cream Brown the ground beef and onion in the melted butter. To this, add 1 can vegetable soup and cook 10 minutes. To this, add the salt, flour and sour cream; simmer 15 minutes. Serve on buns that have been buttered and covered with cheese and toasted. |
