SWISS STEAK 
Flour
Cooking oil
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Lawry's seasoning salt
3/4 c. water

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Season with seasoning salt, coat with flour. Brown steak in small amount of oil, drain oil and add stewed and Ro-Tel tomatoes and water. Bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered.
