ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cube butter
1 carton sour cream
2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese

Mix together. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
