EASY ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. minced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Put potatoes in 8x8 inch pan. Salt and pepper according to your taste. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Top with flakes tossed with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake uncovered 45-55 minutes.
