EASY ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, partially thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 to 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. dry onion flakes

Mix and pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole. Top with 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs. If potatoes are partially thawed you can mix everything so much easier. You may use part and freeze the rest. It will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to bake (depending on how thawed the potatoes are) at 350 degrees. Serves 12 to 15.
