CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
3/4 c. pecan bits
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving 1/2 can oranges. Fold cranberry, pineapple, 1/2 oranges and pecans into Jello. Garnish top with remaining oranges. Chill until set.
