SPINACH SOUFFLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
5 eggs
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
2 lb. creamed cottage cheese
Pepper

Cook spinach according to directions on package; drain well. Mix eggs in bowl. Add spinach, butter and cottage cheese. Cut butter and Velveeta cheese into mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
