RICE AND PECANS 
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (lg.)
2 tbsp. fresh minced parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in butter. Add everything else, except rice. Continue to saute until pecans seem lightly toasted. Add rice. Heat through and serve. Great with fish!
