1 1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 sm. jar pimento, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 med. cucumber, diced
1 med. green pepper, diced

Boil macaroni according to directions on box. Drain and rinse. Add 1/3 cup cooking oil and mix with above ingredients. Pour over spiral mix. Chill and serve.

Stir vinegar, sugar and mustard together well to make sure it all dissolves.
