CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
2 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt & pepper
1 c. light cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and 1/2 cup of cheese. Cook slow until cheese melts. Add crabmeat; do not crush crabmeat. Sprinkle on top 1/2 cup cheese, bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve on toast or plain.
