RICE AND HAMBURGER DISH 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 can corn
1/2 can peas
2 carrots (diced)
1 med. onion (diced)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp. soya sauce (to taste)
1/2 c. rice
3 tbsp. butter

Cook in butter, onions, carrots, until tender then add peas, corn, soya sauce, salt and pepper.

In separate pan cook the ground chuck. Drain well. Add to upper ingredients then add rice. Cook for 20 minutes. Serves four.
