FUDGE 
1 can evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 sq. Baker's chocolate
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine milk, sugar, and butter. Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and Baker's chocolate. Stir until melted and blended, then add marshmallow cream and stir until well blended. Add vanilla and walnuts. Pour into a 13 x 9 pan and cool. The more you stir, the smoother and creamier your fudge will be. Makes 5 pounds.
