FOIL GRILLED POTATOES | |
3-4 lg. baking potatoes 1/2 c. coarsely chopped onions 1/2 stick butter, cut into chunks Salt and pepper to taste Tear off a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold in half. Slice potatoes into approximately 3/8" slices. Place potatoes and onions on foil. Dot chunks of butter on potatoes. Season to taste. Fold edges of foil to form a pouch, leaving space for expansion of steam, edges securely folded. Place on grill over hot coals for about 1 hour, turning several times. |
