COMPANY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers
2 tbsp. catsup
Dash of salt and pepper
2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. parsley
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 tbsp. steak sauce
5 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 c. grated cheese

Brown beef in shortening until red disappears. Add onions, green pepper, parsley, tomatoes, steak sauce and catsup. Combine cooked macaroni and meat mixture in baking dish. Season to taste. Spoon soup into mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
