GRAHAM CRACKERS 
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. molasses
2 1/2 - 3 c. whole wheat flour (or your own combination of whole wheat & white flour)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 - 1/2 c. milk

Mix first 4 ingredients in 1 large bowl. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Use 2 1/2 cups of flour to start. Add dry mixture alternately to liquids, alternating with milk; mix well. Use hands if it gets too stiff. Add up to 1/2 cup more flour if dough is too sticky. Form into ball. Divide in 2. Roll directly onto greased cookie sheets to cover entire surface. The thinner you roll it the crispier they are when baked. Use a knife to cut into 2 1/2" squares but do not separate. Prick surface all over with a fork. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Cool and separate into pieces.
