HOT BUTTERED RUM 
1 qt. good quality vanilla ice cream
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. butter
1/2 gallon rum

Cream softened butter and powdered sugar. Add brown sugar. Soften ice cream. Add to mixture. Add spices. Use 2 tablespoons per cup of boiling water with 1 shoot of rum. Can be frozen. Can grate fresh nutmeg on top.
