TURKEY LEFTOVER 
1 c. chopped turkey
1 tbsp. fat
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. half and half
1 c. cream of chicken soup (diluted)

Melt fat in skillet, blend in flour, add salt and pepper. Stir in milk, cook on low heat until thick, while stirring. Stir in turkey, onion and bread crumbs. Shape into eight small patties and chill. Dip in corn flakes then milk then again corn flakes. Brown in hot skillet. Place in bowls and cover with soup.
