“P.O.P. RELISH” IS IN:

P.O.P. RELISH 
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. thinly sliced sweet gherkin pickles
16oz. jar whole boiled onions, well drained and cut into bite-size pieces
2oz jar sliced pimiento, well drained

In a medium bowl mix oil, vinegar, and mustard well. Add the pickles, onions, and pimiento. Toss gently to coat.

Makes 3 cups.
