GROUND STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 or 2 lbs. ground steak or chuck
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 qt. diced potatoes
1 lg. can mixed vegetables
1 sm. can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook meat and onion in 1/2 stick butter. Put cubed potatoes in bottom of large baking dish. Put meat on top of potatoes. Mix vegetables with mushroom soup and spread on top of meat. Mix slightly. (Vegetables should be drained.) Cover with foil and bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
