CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 tsp. dried dill weed
2 tsp. celery seed
3 cucumbers, about 6 to 8 inch long

Nothing to cook. Dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar. Add sour cream, a little at a time, stirring well. Add onions, dill and celery seed. Peel cucumbers, slice in 1/8 inch rounds. Cover with sauce. Toss well and chill before serving.
