RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. raw chopped rhubarb
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

Put above ingredients in layers in 13"x9" pan, cutting stick of butter into pats for top layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until lightly brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
