RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
5 tbsp. butter, melted

Bake 350 for 8 to 10 minutes, cool.

2:
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
4 c. rhubarb (diced)

Cook until thick (cool). Spread on crust.

3:
1 lg. Cool Whip

Fold in 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows. Spread on 2nd layer.

4:
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Spread on thick layer. Place in refrigerator.
