LORRAINE'S RHUBARB DESSERT | |
1 c. butter 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 6 egg yolks 1 c. whipping cream 5 c. rhubarb 2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 6 egg whites 6 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Mix first three ingredients together; pat in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees. Mix next five ingredients together; add to baked crust. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread with meringue of last three ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is brown. |
