MARIE'S RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
Dash salt
4 tbsp. sugar

Crumble and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for few minutes.

FILLING:

4 tbsp. flour
Rind of 2 oranges (optional)
6 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. light cream
5 c. cut up rhubarb

Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients, pour onto crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Make meringue from 6 egg whites. Put on top and brown.
