CHICKEN A LA KING CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. med. noodles, cooked
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (6 oz.) can (or 2/3 c.) evaporated milk
Salt & pepper
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. sliced thin celery
1/4 c. diced pimento & buttered bread crumbs

Heat soup, milk, salt and pepper, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Pour over noodles in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, uncovered. Serves 8.
