CHICKEN A LA KING CASSEROLE 
8 oz. rigatoni, uncooked
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. chicken, precooked, diced
1/2 tsp. chicken seasoning
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Cook noodles according to directions and drain. In skillet melt butter and cook pepper and onion until tender. Add seasoning and chicken. Blend in soup and milk. Heat just to a boil. Combine chicken and noodles. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.

Good, Easy, I added a can of diced green chili and baked covered for 15 minutes, uncovered added buttered breadcrumbs and parm cheese and cooked for 15 more minutes. Browned under broiler last minute or so.

Recipe is delicious!! Periodically I have also thrown in some tid bits of stuffing, particularly after the holidays. Also, if people eat essentially most of the middle part with the chicken or turkey, I often take a can of cream of mushroom soup, mix some milk in but only enough to make it the consistency of a gravy and pour it over the top, once it has been slightly heated though. Then, proceed to warm in the oven or microwave. Great dish as it can be frozen too.

If you want to really kick this up... add one can of drained mixed vegetables. The green pepper & onion... enhance the entire thing. Yummy!
