1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. bourbon
1 1/2 c. water

Marinate beef overnight in sauce. Grill and baste with sauce. (Great for roasts.)
