BEEF MARINADE 
1 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. cracked pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Place meat in shallow dish and combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Chill overnight or leave at room temperature 2 hours. Drain; place meat on skewers and brush with marinade. Excess marinade may be refrigerated for future use.
